I've always wanted to blog; don't really know why I wanted to blog, but I felt like it'd be a good way to express myself. Of course, I had to take some things into consideration before I could just jump into the blog.
For starters, who the hell is going to read my blog? I mean, my grammar is shit, writing style is weak, and, if I'm being honest, English was never one of my favorite subjects. I can only imagine the pain my teachers and professors went through when they read my overly dull and poorly worded essays. They couldn't be all that bad....right? Anyways, along with wondering who is going to read this I also have to consider what I'm even going to blog about.
I'd love to use this as a place to let out all my inner thoughts, but I don't think most of my friends would be friends with me afterwards. Not that I'd speak poorly of them, hell I do that to their face, but because of the things that go through my head. Have you ever thought about that? What if everyone around you could hear your thoughts? I know I'd have gotten knocked out multiple times, slapped countless, and probably been hugged on a few occasions. So thank goodness people can't read minds because, I don't know about you, but I'd prefer not to get punched (nor slapped) in the face.
Those are the two main issues I have with blogging. Will they stop me? Nope. I'm blogging to help myself and to just ramble about random nonsense. Will this be inspirational? At times. Will it be depressing? At times. Will it be down right boring? Never!
You will come to see the randomness as I blog and I hope you'll enjoy my journey of being a Misguided Gentleman.
